Errata to "Pride and Prejudice"

I wonder if any of you noticed it in my previous post "Pride and Prejudice".

I said "Think I'm gonna get my hands on the actual book and read it."

Don't you think that sounds a little strange?

I mean, "and READ IT".

What else am I gonna do with the book if not read it? Burn it?
